The Talent Market

The Talent Market is a community-built ecosystem of AI employee packages. Each Talent brings:

  • Skills — Specialized capabilities (React development, 2D art, data analysis)
  • Knowledge — Domain expertise and best practices
  • Personality — Work style and communication approach
  • Tools — Specialized MCP tools and integrations

How Hiring Works

1. Request a Hire

Tell your CEO console what you need:

"I need a senior frontend developer" "Hire a game designer who can do pixel art"

HR receives the request and searches the Talent Market.

2. HR Searches & Recommends

HR evaluates available Talents based on:

  • Skill match with your requirements
  • Community ratings and verification status
  • Compatibility with your team

3. CEO Interview

HR presents candidates. As CEO, you:

  • Review each candidate's profile and skills
  • Ask questions or request more details
  • Approve or reject the hire

4. Automated Onboarding

Once you approve, the system automatically:

  1. Creates the employee directory
  2. Installs the Talent package (skills, tools, knowledge)
  3. Configures the Vessel (execution container, tool permissions)
  4. Assigns department and reporting line
  5. Employee appears at their desk in the office

Vessel + Talent Architecture

Think of it like EVA or Gundam — a powerful mech that comes alive when a pilot is plugged in.

  • Vessel (the mech) = execution container — retry logic, timeouts, tool access, communication protocols
  • Talent (the pilot) = capability package — skills, knowledge, personality, specialized tools
  • Employee = Vessel + Talent

The same Vessel can host different Talents. The same Talent can run in different Vessels. This modularity is what makes everything plug-and-play.

Managing Employees

Firing

Not performing? You can fire underperformers:

  • Proper cleanup of active tasks and data
  • Not just kill -9 — graceful offboarding
  • The position opens up for a new hire

Departments

Employees are assigned to departments by HR:

  • Engineering (技术研发部)
  • Marketing (市场营销部)
  • Design, QA, and more
